How can I migrate my existing contact lists to Brevo?

Brevo allows you to import contacts from a previous email marketing provider. This does not mean that you can import all your contacts to Brevo on the first day. In most cases, the import volume is limited. To import a large number of contacts, write an email to support, explain how you collected the contacts and ask them to import the contacts into your account.

How can I use the follow-up autoresponder?

To use the autoresponder function of Brevo, first create a list and link it to a subscription form. Next, create an autoresponder and link it to a series of emails. Finally, link the autoresponder to the corresponding contacts list. If someone now subscribes to the list, then they will receive all emails from the autoresponder according to the specified interval.

Can I edit the HTML source text in the email builder?

Open an HTML email or template and change the mode from Visual to Source. Copy and paste the tracking code from your analytics software into the HTML source of the email or template. Save the changes.
